FAQ
If i pay a basic plan, will you ignore more intricate bugs if you find them?
No, if i find it, even with the basic plan, i will inform you of it, but be aware, that the basic testing may be too superficial for your needs
What if you do not meet my desired deadline?
Delivery times on the packages are orientative, but, if i dont meet the time established by any delivery, i will refund the money and give you my findings for free
Will you offer feedback on typos?
Yes, if i find them, i will offer feedback, free of charge
Why should i choose you over [Insert another tester here]
Thats the neat part, you dont have to, i will deliver the job as what is asked from me and what package you bought, nothing else, nothing more, but, if you want to go to another tester, please, feel free to do so
What platforms do you test on?
Currently, PC and Nintendo Switch, i do not accept raw executables, if it is for PC, you will have to provide an Itch.io or Steam link, and the key for me to download it
What if there are any problems with my game?
It depends, if i cannot execute it by hardware limitations, i will refund the money, if i cannot execute it because of a bug, you will have to provide a functional version in 3 or less days, if you fail to do so, i will consider the job done
What if i send you malware?
ALL games tested will be scanned twice, by a reputable antivirus and a public one, and it will be run on a VM, if your game is considered malware i will report you and wont offer a refund,
During the time you are testing, can i ask you how is it going?
Yes, you can, as long as you are not being overly disruptive
