What you get
I provide monthly maintenance for setups I delivered (my n8n or Hermes gigs) or documented handovers: health checks, production bugfixes in the existing scope, and a short written report every month. Standard and Premium include controlled minor updates; Premium adds backup monitoring on your VPS.

- Premium: Full Docker stack, Ubuntu security updates, backup checks, 4h/month, 15-min check-in
Response times use Europe/Zurich business days. No 24/7 on-call. Urgent help outside SLA via separate custom offer.

Do I need an existing setup?
Yes. This gig maintains systems already in place (typically after my setup gigs or a documented handover). See my other gigs for fresh installs.
What counts as the included change hours?
Small tweaks: env/token rotation, webhook URLs, workflow parameters, minor skill edits. New workflows, new skills, or major features are custom offers. Unused hours expire each month.
Is 24/7 or weekend support included?
No. First response on business days (Mon–Fri, Europe/Zurich): 72h Basic, 48h Standard/Premium. Weekend rush is a separate custom offer.
Which tier after Hermes Gig Premium?
Premium maintenance matches the full Docker stack. Choose standard maintenance after Hermes gig standard. Choose Basic after Hermes gig Basic.
Are backups included?
Premium includes daily backup scripts on your VPS, monthly log checks, and quarterly validation. Offsite storage is your responsibility; I can advise.
What is delivered each month?
A short maintenance note: health status, updates done, hours used vs. allowance, and optional recommendations.
One-time vs. subscription?
One month, 3-month, or 6-month subscription. I recommend 3 months so maintenance settles in. One month can serve as trial after setup.
Can we start with a custom offer instead of the public packages?
Yes. After a setup project I can send a subscription custom offer at the matching tier.
