FAQ
Do you need access to my production org?
No. I work in a sandbox or developer org wherever possible, test the fix there, and only deploy once you have approved it. If sandbox access is not possible I will tell you the risks before we start.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you before you order, not after. If I take the order and cannot solve it, you get a full refund. I would rather lose the order than the review.
How fast can you fix it?
Most single issues are same-day or next-day. If it is urgent, message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly whether I can hit your deadline.
How fast can you start?
Usually the same day. Send me the error message first and I will confirm the turnaround before you order.
What if you cannot fix it?
If I cannot solve it, you do not pay. After the free diagnosis I will tell you honestly whether it is fixable within this scope.
Do you need access to my production org?
I prefer a sandbox. If the bug only reproduces in production I will need a temporary admin user created for me - never your own login or password.
Will you explain what went wrong?
Yes, in plain English: what broke, why it broke, and what to change so it does not happen again.
