Problem: The client was using multiple disconnected platforms, requiring employees to manually transfer information between CRM, communication, and business applications. How I solved it: I built automated n8n workflows connecting APIs, CRMs, webhooks, forms, Google Sheets, email systems, AI tools, and communication platforms. I implemented triggers, data processing, conditional logic, API requests, and automated notifications. Result: Connected the client's systems into an automated workflow, reducing manual data entry and creating a more efficient end-to-end business process.
