I am offering my professional knowledge as a strength and conditioning coach to provide you with feedback on your weight lifting form for up to three different exercises. These could include deadlifts, squats, bench press, hip thrusts, etc.
The packages I offer range from 1 feedback session to up to 3 feedback sessions over the course of four weeks so you will have a week in between feedback to improve your form before checking back with me, if you choose to go with the highest package.
My feedback on your form is based on the knowledge that I have gained from training hundreds of clients each with unique previous injuries, disabilities or body shapes and I will ensure the corrections I help you with, you feel comfortable and will perform the exercise to the best of your bodies abilities.
Feedback from me will be in the form of a recorded video and where required, I can provide you with visuals as well.
