Sometimes, we simply need someone outside our usual circle to talk to. I offer a listening and mentoring space where you can openly share what you are going through, organise your thoughts and gain a different perspective. With previous mentoring experience, I have supported people of different ages, mainly young people between 15 and 35, through decisions, uncertainty, changes and personal challenges. I listen, ask the right questions and help you identify what may be holding you back and explore possible ways forward.

My experience includes supporting children with learning and daily activities, as well as mentoring and accompanying students and young people in their personal and academic journeys. Through one-to-one support, I have developed strong active listening and communication skills, learning to understand different needs and perspectives. I help people organise their thoughts, set realistic goals, evaluate different options and approach challenges through practical problem solving. I have experience communicating with people of different ages and adapting my approach to provide personal guidance and support during periods of uncertainty, change or decision-making.
