Designed, built and shipped Vibe, a venue and event booking platform for the Greek market, from empty repository to production. • Flutter app for iOS and Android with two separate experiences: customers who discover venues, book tables and RSVP to events, and venue owners who run their business from their phone. • Laravel 11 and PHP 8.2 REST API: 130+ endpoints, Sanctum token auth, queue workers for reminders and transactional email, 100+ migrations and 30+ Eloquent models on MySQL. • Stripe payments, QR code generation and door scanning at arrival, Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications, Cloudflare R2 media storage, transactional email with DKIM, SPF and DMARC. • Fully bilingual Greek and English app, with 18+ locales supported on the admin side. • Blade super admin dashboard for venue approval, bookings, coupons and payouts. • Health checks on every deploy, secret scanning on every commit, and separate local, staging and production builds.
