Quanto tempo ci vorrà per ricevere il mio file digitizzato?
Il tempo di consegna standard è di 12–24 ore. Per lavori urgenti, puoi aggiungere l’addon “Consegna Urgente” per ricevere i file in 6–12 ore (da lunedì a sabato) o l’addon “Consegna Super Urgente” per ricevere i file in 2-6 ore. Se ci sono ulteriori ritardi, puoi contattarmi.
Fornisci fotografie di test dei design digitizzati?
Sì, su richiesta. Posso fare un test sulla mia macchina e fornire foto HD di ricami come prova. Il prezzo dipende dalla complessità e dalle dimensioni del design. Scrivimi per un preventivo personalizzato.
Posso richiedere modifiche dopo la consegna?
Assolutamente sì. Sono incluse piccole modifiche (come ridimensionare un po’, regolare la densità, aggiustare i colori) o eventuali errori nel digitizing. Per cambiamenti importanti o ridisegni, potrebbe esserci una piccola sovrattassa a seconda della complessità.
Cosa succede se non si rispetta la scadenza di consegna?
Domenica è giorno di riposo, quindi gli ordini fatti in quel giorno partono da lunedì. I lavori di sabato devono essere inviati prima delle 12:00 EST. I loghi complessi potrebbero richiedere più tempo, ma se mai dovessimo ritardare lavori semplici e tu perdi clienti, ti rimborsiamo per supportarti.
Quali formati di file Artwork accetti per il digitizing?
Accettiamo quasi tutti i formati per il digitizing. Per i migliori risultati, carica immagini ad alta risoluzione in JPG o PNG. Sono supportati anche altri formati come SVG, AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFF, PSD, DOCX, GIF, ecc. I file di ricamo possono essere usati come riferimento, ma per questo devi acquistare l’addon Complex shape.
