Do I need to already have a monday.com account?
Yes, an active monday.com account is required. Any plan works — Free, Basic, Standard, Pro, or Enterprise. If you're unsure which plan fits your needs, message me first and I'll recommend the right one before you commit.
What information do you need to start?
I need admin access to your monday.com workspace, a description of your business or team, your workflows or processes, and any tools you want me to connect (Zapier, Make.com, Gmail, Slack, etc.). The more detail you share, the better the result.
Can you set up monday.com CRM from scratch?
Yes. I build full monday CRM systems including lead pipelines, contact management, deal stages, automations, and dashboards. If you're moving from another CRM like HubSpot or Zoho, I can help you map the migration too.
Can you connect monday.com to other tools I already use?

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is done?
The Premium package includes 30 days of post-delivery support. For other packages, ongoing support is available as a gig extra. Many clients come back for add-ons or adjustments as their business grows — I'm always available.
