FAQ
How does it work?
Once you place your order, you'll be able to fill in a questionnaire so I get to know your brand. I dive deep into the design process and present you two initial logo concepts to choose from. We might make refinements if needed. Once you're happy with the result, I deliver all the files.
What type of clients do you work with?
I work with passionate ladies in business - coaches, therapists, guides, yoga teachers, pilates instructors, nutritionists, herbalists, healers, astrologers just to name a few.
I need more than a logo. Can you help me?
I'd love to! I also design full brand identities, print collateral, social media graphics, packaging design, Squarespace websites and a ton of other design goodness. Just send me a message and we'll have a chat about your project.
What is a Logo Style Guide?
A logo style guide is a simple document that outlines the fonts and colors used in your logo.
What is a vector file?
A vector file allows you to scale the image infinitely without quality loss. It's a standard type of file you should always receive from a professional logo designer. Of course I include it in the final file delivery.
What is a revision?
When you request a revision you have a chance to share feedback on my work and then I apply meaningful changes to improve the design. I allow unlimited rounds of revisions. We tweak and refine the design until it perfectly matches your brand needs and you're 100% happy with the result.
What if I'm not satisfied with the design?
If for some reason you're not happy with my work, I'll cancel your order and you can request a refund. No questions. No hassles.
