ACCA Finalist with practical, hands-on experience across accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting, built through real client and corporate work rather than theory alone. I currently work as an Associate at a consultancy firm, where I handle accounts, taxation, and audit engagements for a range of clients — from day-to-day bookkeeping and tax filings to full year-end statutory reporting and compliance with local company law. Alongside this, I am fully outsourced as a Risk Associate to a large telecom infrastructure company, where I lead the Fixed Asset Register reconciliation for their nationwide network of tower assets. This role has sharpened my ability to work with large, complex datasets and turn messy raw data into something clean and reliable. Key achievements in this role include: Designing and building custom Excel/VBA automation tools for multi-criteria asset matching, replacing hours of manual cross-checking with a few minutes of automated processing Developing threshold-based filtering logic to accurately allocate asset costs and accumulated depreciation across reporting periods Evolving my tools from single-sheet, hardcoded scripts into dynamic, header-detected modules that run reliably across any consistently formatted dataset, saving significant rework on every new file On the financial reporting side, I prepare complete sets of financial statements from scratch — starting with raw source documents like bank statements, invoices, and payroll records, and building through to a fully reconciled Statement of Financial Position, Profit or Loss, Cash Flows, and Changes in Equity, all linked through formulas so every figure ties out correctly. I combine solid accounting fundamentals with strong Excel and automation skills, so clients consistently get work that is accurate, well-structured, and delivered efficiently.
