Lead a six-person engineering team at a software house (est. 2010) building ERP, e-invoicing and AI systems for businesses in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. • Built voice AI callbots that handle customer calls end to end: speech in, LLM reasoning, speech out. • Created Retail Genie, a RAG chatbot with built-in file management: uploaded documents are chunked, embedded and searched in PostgreSQL + pgvector, so answers come from the client's own files. • Developed ERP modules for inventory, POS and finance, then layered LLM features on top so clients can ask about their own sales and stock in plain language. • Integrated ERP and POS systems with ZATCA (Saudi Arabia) and FBR (Pakistan) e-invoicing APIs, and automated reporting for clients' surveillance software. • Delivered CRM, school/campus management and real estate (plot sales and installments) systems for clients.
