Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely submission in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.  Develop and maintain MIS and management reports by extracting, consolidating, and validating financial and operational data from ERP and other reporting systems, ensuring reliable and timely reporting for management review.  Perform detailed financial and performance analysis covering revenue, expenses, profitability, margins, working capital, and other key financial indicators; conduct budget-versus-actual and prior period variance analysis, identify key drivers, and provide analytical commentary.  Lead in the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and periodic forecasts by analyzing historical performance, business assumptions, cost structures, revenue trends, and departmental requirements.  Perform financial data validation through account reconciliations, ledger reviews, data integrity checks, and cross-verification of ERP records with financial statements and management reports; investigate discrepancies and ensure appropriate resolution.  Lead month-end and year-end closing activities by reviewing ledger movements, accruals, provisions, account balances, and closing schedules, ensuring financial records are complete and accurately reflected in reported results.  Monitor financial reporting processes and internal controls, identify control gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and process weaknesses, and implement corrective actions to improve the accuracy, reliability, and control environment of financial reporting.  Develop and optimize automated financial reports, dashboards, financial models, and reporting templates using advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP reporting functionalities; support audit requirements through preparation of schedules and analytical workings while continuously improving
