Sono in grado di preparare linee guida per interviste semi-strutturate e questionari aperti utilizzati nella ricerca qualitativa. Sono in grado di condurre un'analisi tematica dei dati qualitativi. L'analisi tematica si svolge in 6 fasi principali, elencate di seguito:
