Climate-risk analytics platform (full stack): built features end to end across a React frontend and Django/FastAPI backend, in sprints as short as 2 days. Delivered audit logging, usage analytics, and customizable PDF/Word report generation. Did performance testing and optimization of a compute-intensive calculation service and database queries. Innovation discovery platform (infrastructure lead): led the migration from Vercel to a compliant, production-grade GCP setup with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD. Built GenAI features that cut a delivery process from about 8 weeks to 2-3 weeks.
