Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account already?
No. If you don't have one set up, I'll guide you through the full process, including Meta Business verification, as part of the project. You don't need any prior technical setup to get started.
Will this cost me extra monthly fees?
A few things to budget for, separate from my delivery fee: Meta's per-conversation fees, standard charges from WhatsApp itself once you're live, not something I add on top. n8n hosting, either an n8n cloud subscription, or if you'd rather self-host (cheaper long-term), you'll just cover your hosting
Self-host or n8n cloud, which is better for me?
Self-hosting is more cost-effective if you're running this long-term, but needs a server (I can help set this up). n8n cloud is simpler and faster to get running if you'd rather not deal with hosting. I'll recommend the right option once I know your volume and technical comfort level.
Can the bot actually understand customer questions, or is it just a fixed-menu?
Chatbots I build use AI to understand natural language questions, not just fixed buttons, so customers can type normally and still get accurate responses.
Can it connect to my CRM or other tools?
