Over 12 years experience in the design and Development of RF Power Amplifier, Expert in 3D microwave/mmWave integrated Packaging, Multilayer RF Design with Al2O3, MIC (Microwave Integrated Circuits) & MMIC development (analysis, requirements, modeling, simulation, system test, prototyping, mass production), covering all phases of the product lifecycle from pre-concept, feasibility, design, development, verification, optimization pre-production to post-production and Qualification Including Thermal, Environmnetal and Vibration(upto 30g). Proven abilities in testing, troubleshooting, project coordination and managing complex research projects to the highest standard.
