This is a 6-week strength training program tailored to your goals and equipment. I use my own standard 4-day template for general fitness (2 upper body days and 2 lower body days) and adjust it according to your needs.

I am a 24-year old Swede currently in school to become a doctor of naprapathy. I have worked in various gyms in different forms since I was 18, currently as a personal trainer. I also have a background as a hockey player/trainer and powerlifter. At the moment I practice crossfit.
