I will connect to your device using secure remote access tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Alternatively, if your DVR/NVR has a built-in remote access feature, we can use that directly. Your device remains fully under your control at all times.
What if my issue is not resolved?
Client satisfaction is my top priority. If your issue is not resolved within the agreed scope, I will revise and try again until you are fully satisfied. I offer free revisions as mentioned in each package.
What do I need before we start?
