FAQ
Can the AI handle calls in my language?
A: Yes. The system supports 99+ languages using Faster-Whisper for speech recognition and can detect the caller's language automatically per audio chunk. Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, Hindi, Uzbek, Turkish, and many more are supported. You choose which languages to enable in the admin panel.
Do I need my own phone numbers and SIP trunks?
You'll need at least one DID (phone number) for testing. Trunk setup can be included in the project scope.
Can the AI transfer calls to a live human agent?
Yes. When the AI decides it needs a human (or the caller requests one), the call transfers to an operator queue through standard Asterisk routing. The agent sees the conversation transcript and context before picking up. Recording continues through the transfer.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things: (1) which languages your callers speak, (2) your SIP trunk details or permission to set one up, (3) a 30-minute call to lock architecture decisions. Everything else I can handle.
