What information do you need to create a completed WPS?
I need details such as base material, filler metal, welding process, joint type, welding positions, thickness ranges, preheat/interpass requirements, and any project specifications or applicable standards
Do you prepare or develop PQRs?
No. I do not prepare or develop PQRs because a PQR requires physical welding tests. In the Standard package, I only provide the PQR format/template, not the actual PQR document.
