To begin, send me your photo so that I can illustrate a house portrait/house sketch in watercolor. I will create a hand-painted watercolor house sketch/illustration in a more artistic and appealing manner. It's not a computerized replica.
It's ideal for Personalized Housewarming Gifts, Home Portrait Gifts, First Home Gifts, Realtor Closing Gifts, print, magazine, and branding reasons, among many other uses.
I use watercolors on A4, A3, and А2 300 gr/m2 paper with my distinctive hand drawing.
My watercolors are all completely original and handcrafted. I can only make adjustments to the sketch and begin work.
I do not send the hard copy. I send only high-resolution files. But you can pay for shipping and receive an original painting.

I'm an artist and illustrator.
I studied illustration design for many years at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv, and I currently work as a freelancer.
I have experience with linocut and monotype prints, as well as watercolor and ink drawing. I usually draw graphics, portraits (human and pet), and landscapes for commissions, album covers, and so on.
