Founded and lead HGATeam, a software engineering and digital solutions company focused on solving real business problems through custom digital platforms and scalable software products. I work across the full product lifecycle: understanding client needs, transforming incomplete ideas into clear requirements and MVPs, defining architecture and business flows, designing user experiences, developing backend and frontend solutions, integrating third-party services, and preparing applications for deployment, maintenance, and future growth. My work includes business management systems, marketplaces, e-commerce and delivery platforms, recruiting and onboarding solutions, financial and payment systems, customer service tools, real-time applications, and internal automation platforms. I design and develop solutions using Laravel, Vue.js, Inertia.js, REST APIs, authentication and authorization systems, role and permission management, payment integrations, webhooks, real-time communication, audit logging, and modular architectures. I also lead the technical evolution of HGATeam’s own agency platform, which supports AI-assisted customer discovery, MVP generation, proposals, project roadmaps, milestone-based payments, subscriptions, GitHub project provisioning, development workflows, notifications, and integrations with services such as Mercado Pago, ARCA, OpenAI, and GitHub. The goal of my work is not simply to build websites, but to create maintainable and scalable digital solutions that help businesses organize operations, automate processes, serve customers, manage data, and grow.
