Romi provided an outstanding service ordering a product for me that's only available in Japan then sending it onwards to me overseas. Romi truly went above and beyond and even added a personal touch as well which I really appreciated. It couldn't have gone smoother, and I will no doubt be back again in the future. Highly recommend!
