What happened before the issue started
Relevant plugin names

FAQ
Do you need admin access to my Moodle site?
In many cases, yes. Admin access helps me investigate configuration, plugins, logs, and site settings. For server-related issues, hosting or SSH access may also be required. Please provide only the access needed for the specific issue.
Can you fix third-party plugin issues?
Yes, I can investigate issues involving third-party Moodle plugins, including errors, compatibility problems, configuration issues, and PHP-related problems. If the issue is caused by unsupported or encrypted third-party code, I will explain the limitation before proceeding.
Can you work on Moodle upgrade problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot issues caused by Moodle upgrades, PHP version changes, plugin compatibility, database updates, and configuration problems. For major upgrades, please contact me before ordering so I can review the scope first.
What information should I send before you start?
Please send your Moodle version, PHP version if known, the error message or screenshot, relevant plugin names, what changed before the problem started, and any steps that reproduce the issue. Server details may also be helpful for technical problems.
