I will provide you with a 10 week home workout plan, tailored to YOU and YOUR goals. No equipment is needed, but if you do have any kit at home we can include that within your plan!
I am extremely passionate about the mental health aspect of exercise & I endeavor to bring out the best in all of my clients both mentally & physically.
I cater to ALL levels of fitness...Newbie? A little experience? Postnatal? Advanced? Not sure? Anyone can apply!! Feel free to message me with any questions/queries that you may have :-)
