Founded and lead Zymfoni, a B2B SaaS platform and channel manager for tour operators and experience providers in Mexico. Zymfoni lets operators sell online with their own booking engine, sync inventory with OTAs (via Bokun), and automate customer follow-up through an integrated CRM and WhatsApp module. I oversee product, pricing, and go-to-market, including a freemium model that combines SaaS plans with transaction fees. Through Zymfoni’s implementation service, I help operators list and optimize their experiences on Viator, GetYourGuide, and Airbnb Experiences to grow bookings and visibility.
