Conduct a shortlisting process as per the approved criteria and share relevant applications with the Head CHR. Arrange (Initial / Final) interviews as per positions. Conduct the Trainee Engineers/MTOs assessment test and compile results as per the required position. • Temporary Hiring Card Issuance: In-time issuance of a trial pass for newly hired employees in ERP. • Job Description: Responsible for preparing JDs of M-level employees. • Letter: Preparation & issuance of all offer letter & appointment letter, Transfers/ postings. • Rewards: Preparing & Verifying monthly payment vouchers (ABHI, H.R. Allow, Vehicle Allowance, Mobile Allow, Birthday / Wedding days Coordination. Processing of fuel cards, loans, advances, TA/DA, and SIM. Complete mandatory documentation and seek the required approvals as per SOP. • Payroll: Attendance & Leaves Management. Monthly Comparisons reports related to Payroll.
