A: Yes. I integrate the customizer with your existing theme, whether it's a premium theme or fully custom build.
Q: Will the customer's design actually attach to their order?
A: Yes, on Standard and Premium packages. Design data passes through to the cart and order via line item properties or metafields, so you receive the actual design file, not just a preview.
Q: Can this handle multiple products, not just one?
A: Basic covers one product template. For multiple products or variants, go with Standard or Premium, which use dynamic logic so I'm not rebuilding the customizer for every product.
Q: Do I need to provide print-ready specs?
A: If you have them (bleed area, DPI, dimensions), send them over. If not, I'll help you figure out the right specs for your fulfillment process.
Q: What file formats can customers upload?
A: Standard image formats (JPG, PNG). I can also add file type/size restrictions to keep uploads print-ready and prevent oversized files from slowing things down.
Q: Can I see the customizer before it goes live on my store?
A: Yes, you'll get a working preview to test before final delivery, and revisions are included based on your package.
Q: What if my project needs something more advanced than what's listed?
