The sketch of a cartoon version of our photo was very poor. It did not look like a cartoon at all. I did not like the outcome it's unusable. I should be more specific with requirements next time like I have to make sure that I ask for a hand-drawn sketch. I should have asked for sample cartoons that he has made before paying for an order.
