1. What files do I need to provide?
Your UGC model must already be UV unwrapped and textured. Please provide the model files along with all required texture files.
2. Do you provide UV unwrapping or texturing from scratch?
No. I do not provide complete UV unwrapping or texturing from scratch. Premium only includes adjustments to existing UVs and textures as needed for the combined and optimized model.
3. What does “Additional Prop” mean?
Standard and Premium include combining up to 3 UGC models into 1 final UGC. Each extra model added to the combination counts as 1 Additional Prop.
4. Will my UGC be under 4K triangles?
Yes. The service is specifically focused on optimizing the final UGC model to under 4K tris.
5. Will the optimized model look exactly the same?
I will preserve the original appearance and shape as much as possible. However, minor differences may occur during optimization to meet the triangle limit.
6. What is included in a revision?
Revisions only cover issues related to my optimization work. Redesigning, remodeling, adding new details, or changing the original UGC design is not included.
7. Can you combine more than 3 UGC models?
Yes, through the Additional Prop extra.
8. Do you fix messy or AI-generated topology?
I may optimize models with messy or AI-generated topology, but full retopology is not included. Results may vary depending on the model's geometry and condition.
