ATC stands for App Transport Security. Yes, the apps that I build are ATC compliant. Starting from the 1st of January 2017 Apple will reject any submitted app that is not ATC compliant. Again, I am happy to announce that all of the apps that I build are ATC compliant!

Absolutely. I offer you push notifications integration service as part of the extra GIG service no matter your package choice. All of that including building a control panel for you to send the notifications, messages, images, urls etc to your users or location based users
