Lead Product Designer

Groomit • Full time

Jan 2024 - Present • 2 yrs 9 mos

Lead end-to-end product design for key customer and internal workflows in a fully remote, cross-functional team. Own problem definition, user flows, information architecture, and major interface decisions for features used after launch. Work closely with engineers to define interactions, micro-interactions, motion, and system behaviour so designs are built correctly in production. Simplify complex areas of the product by making clear design decisions, balancing trade-offs, and focusing on usability that lasts beyond launch instead of short-term visuals. Improve live features based on real usage, edge cases, and user behaviour to make the product more stable, clear, and easier to use as it grows.
