Can you solve anything related to WordPress?
Most definitely, I've been in this field since 2008. During those 16 years of experience I've won 5 awards for the websites that I have created. WordPress is just one of the field I excel at. I've been fixing WordPress issues on daily-basis for the most part of my career.
For how long have you been working on WordPress?
I created and launched my first WordPress website in 2014. Since then I've created more than 300+ WordPress websites from day-to-day bloggers to enterprise level commercial websites. For some I have won awards for being Best Website in the entire country.
How quickly can you solve my WordPress issue?
It actually depends on the issue you're having, scale of it and the system architecture you use (such as hosting plans). Usually I'm able to fix an issue within 30 minutes to 1 hour max for Minor, and 1 to 2 hours for Major.
Are you certain that you can fix your issue?
It depends on the issue you're having. Unless your installation is virtualized (most likely not, e.g. installed using Bitnami or other such 1-click installation services), or you are not able to facilitate me privileged access (only if such required) to your server, I'm confident that I can fix it.
What are the issues you describes that covers as "Minor Issues"?
Theme style issues, user interface elements issues, CSS style issues. Kindly note addition of form fields to forms (such as application forms) is not included.
What are the issues you describes that covers as "Major Issues"?
WordPress critical errors, JS errors in browser console, general PHP fatal errors in WordPress core and on plugins. Kindly note server level issues such as Apache, NGINX, Varnish, OpenSSL, Curl, Kernel issues (such as server not booting up) is not included.
What are the issues you describes that covers as "Critical Issues"?
Server level critical issues such as Apache, NGINX, Varnish, OpenSSL, Curl, Linux Kernel issues or improper configurations (such as server not booting up).
What do you require when fixing an issue?
Most of the time, all I need is the access to your WordPress administrative panel (wp-admin). But some critical issues will require access to your SSH, SFTP and/or access to database server as well. If such is required after initial inspection I'll sure let you know.
Will my fixed issue will ever appear, or occur again?
No, never. But with the exception if it was related to a caching issue or if your site heavily depend and utilize multi-level caching. But even that can be fixed if you can give the appropriate access to your caching solutions (e.g such as Cloudflare).
