What inputs do you need to start the BIM model?
A brief project description and your initial design inputs are usually enough to get started. These can range from rough hand sketches and PDF plans to CAD files (.dwg, .3dm, .skp, etc). Minor details can be refined through revisions as the model progresses.
Does the pricing change based on the project's scale?
Yes. The listed gig packages are based on specific area limits and standard LODs. For larger-scale developments, please contact me before ordering and I send you a custom offer for your requirements
Which Revit versions do you work with, and what formats do you deliver?
I can work with any Revit version you need. I deliver the editable 3D source file (.rvt), 2D drawings (.dwg), and high-quality 3D images (.jpg, .png, .tiff).
How do revisions work?
Minor changes are included in the price, and I'll be available for small adjustments even after the order is completed. I will share the drawings and 3D views with you for review before the final delivery so we can incorporate your feedback.
Can you create custom 3D objects or specific furniture for my project?
Yes. I can build custom Revit native families (.rfa) or Rhino imported geometry for complex shapes, built specifically for your project's needs.
