Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You need WhatsApp Business / Meta access. I guide you step by step during setup.
Is this only for WhatsApp?
Basic is WhatsApp-focused. Standard and Premium also include a website chat widget.
Will the bot invent answers?
It answers from your knowledge base (documents you provide). Better documents = better answers.
Who handles hosting?
I can host it initially or install it on your server. We confirm this before starting.
How long does delivery take?
Basic 5 days, Standard 7 days, Premium 14 days after I receive access and your documents.
Do I need to provide documents?
Yes. You must provide a document (or upload files) with your business questions and answers. The chatbot learns from your content. Without it, setup cannot be completed properly.
