Easy job, clear instructions - existing designs had to be made smaller and thinner for it to look good. He just exported the same files, but with smaller dimensions and called it a day. 1 3D puff design as well, looks like it was auto generated, no first outline stitch and density not suited for 3D puff. Looks like lack of effort and chose for easy.

My wish was fulfilled with no problems. Polite and respectful communication. Helped from beginning to end and helped fixing small details that my mind had changed true the process.
