Chi sono
Withinsource is my way of life and of coaching, where we focus on drawing your outer life from within.
My practice is built on years of engagement in holistic wellness - yoga, pilates, sound healing, massage - combined with my own in-depth journey in self exploration and growth. My approach is intuitive and holistic, with spirituality at the foundation and tools to help clients build aligned results.
I believe life is meant to be lived from joy and pleasure, where pain and fear guides us towards expanded versions of ourselves.
I offer a space for you to remember the wholeness that is you.

My private events involve holding space for individuals or groups to restore and meditate through sound. These events assist practitioners to ground and dive deeper into their inner space where infinite possibilities await.
