Send a Word file with your chapter titles in the Heading 1 style, or a plain text file with "Chapter One" lines, and within a day you get an EPUB 3 that Kindle accepts: one file, a clickable table of contents, every chapter starting on a new screen, paragraphs and italics kept as you wrote them, no leftover Word styling, and a clean EPUBCheck report (the same validator Amazon runs) with zero errors.
Standard embeds your cover image and gives you the separate 1600x2560 JPG KDP asks for on upload. Premium is delivered within 12 hours and includes a fix round if KDP's upload page raises a warning. Every order includes the EPUBCheck report.
The conversion is done by software I wrote for this job and validated before I look at it, which is why the price is fixed for any length and delivery is a day. I don't edit or proofread: what you send is what goes in.
Plain prose only: novels, memoirs, essays, short stories, simple poetry. Not for picture books, cookbooks, workbooks, or anything with tables, footnotes, images inside the text or fixed layout. PDF and Scrivener files are not accepted; export to .docx first. If your file won't convert cleanly I say so before the clock starts.

I format manuscripts for Amazon KDP. Send a Word or text file; get back a print-ready paperback interior PDF to KDP's spec (exact trim, margins by page count, embedded fonts, chapters on right-hand pages, running heads, page numbers), a Kindle EPUB that passes EPUBCheck, and if you want one, a full-wrap cover sized to your page count.
Typesetting is done by software I wrote for this job; every file is machine-checked against KDP's rules before I review and send it. Fixed price for any length, delivered in a day.
Text books only: novels, memoirs, essays, poetry. No picture books or tables.

FAQ
Word, Google Docs, Pages?
.docx only (Google Docs and Pages both export to it). Chapter titles must be in Heading 1; if they are just bold text the whole book comes out as one chapter, and I'll send it back with a note rather than deliver that.
Do you convert PDFs?
No. PDF to EPUB is a reconstruction job with a different price; other sellers do it.
MOBI or KPF?
KDP no longer accepts MOBI for new books and KPF is Kindle Create's private format. EPUB is what KDP asks for; you upload it directly.
Will it pass KDP's upload?
It passes EPUBCheck with zero errors, which is what KDP checks. If KDP still raises a warning on a file I made, I fix it free.
Can you also do the paperback?
Yes, that is my other gig: paperback interior plus this EPUB in one order.
Privacy?
Your manuscript is used only for the conversion and deleted after the order closes.
