You have a finished app and now face Apple's and Google's paperwork:
certificates, provisioning profiles, signing keys, privacy manifests, data safety forms, content ratings, screenshots in six sizes. It's tedious, it's easy to get wrong, and a rejection costs you a week.
I've published my own apps to both stores and handle releases for clients. I'll take it from finished build to live listing.

developer account setup if you don't have one yet · signing and certificates · store listing, screenshots and description · privacy policy and data safety declarations · submission and handling any review feedback until you're live.
Your app stays in your developer account, under your ownership I work inside your account with access you can revoke at any time. I never publish client apps under my own account.

FAQ
Will my app be published under your account or mine?
Yours, always. Your app, your listing, your ownership. I work inside your developer accounts using access you grant and can revoke at any time. I never publish client apps under my own account — if I disappeared tomorrow, nothing about your app would change.
I don't have developer accounts yet. What do they cost?
Google Play is a one-time $25 registration. Apple is $99 per year and must stay active or your app is removed from the App Store. Those fees go to Google and Apple directly, not to me, and are separate from this gig. The Premium package covers setting both accounts up with you.
How do I give you access without sharing my password?
You don't share it. Both platforms have proper user management: in Play Console you invite me as a user with release permissions, in App Store Connect you add me with an App Manager role. You keep full control and remove my access with one click when we're done. I will never ask for your account pw
My Google Play account is new. Is there anything that will delay my launch?
Yes, and it catches almost everyone. Personal Play accounts created after 13 November 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days before you can even apply for production access. Message me before ordering and I'll tell you which applies to you.
How long until my app is actually live?
Apple review is usually a day or two, Google usually a few days, but neither is guaranteed and first-time submissions from new accounts take longer. My delivery time covers my work — preparing, configuring and submitting. The review clock belongs to Apple and Google, and nobody can shorten it.
What happens if the app gets rejected?
I handle it. Rejections are normal, especially on a first submission, and most are metadata or privacy declarations rather than the app itself. Resubmission after review feedback is included — I don't charge you again for a second attempt on the same release.
Do you write the privacy policy?
I set up all the required declarations: Apple's labels, Google's Data Safety form, and the EU DSA trader information both stores now require. I can also help you generate a standard privacy policy, but I'm a developer, not a lawyer - if your app handles sensitive data, have it reviewed properly.
Do you create the screenshots and listing text?
Yes, in Standard and Premium: correctly sized screenshots for every required device class, plus title, description and keywords. If you already have brand assets or copy, send them and I'll use those instead.
My app isn't finished, or it won't build. Can you still help?
Probably, and that's my other specialty. I work in Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C and Flutter, and I regularly take over old or half-finished projects. Message me with what you've got and we can handle the fix and the release together.
Can you invoice my company properly?
Yes. I'm a registered developer in Germany with a VAT ID and can issue a proper invoice, including reverse charge for EU business clients. I work in fluent English and native German.
