Architectural model are good, M&E model need to improve, that is the major reason why we use BIM for coordination, an not accurate M&E model totally cannot do coordination and will affect the site schedule.

The project was completed in the end and the final deliverables met my requirements. Communication was generally good, although the process took longer than expected and several revisions were needed to align the work with the brief. The team remained responsive and willing to make adjustments throughout the project. Thank you for your efforts.

The final delivery work did not meet my expectations. Communication was poor and the work lacked attention to detail. I requested revisions many times and I wasn't listened. That lead that the final result was still not satisfactory.
