Do you put the text into my site, or just deliver it?
I deliver the content in an organized document matched to your page structure. Implementation is yours. If you want me to work inside your CMS, message me first - it depends on the platform.
Should my site use the formal or the informal address?
Formal for almost every shop. Informal fits youth fashion, gaming and some lifestyle brands. Getting this wrong is the most common and most damaging mistake foreign sites make. Tell me your audience and I will recommend.
Can you create the legally required pages my shop needs?
No. I tell you which ones are missing. The content itself must come from you or a lawyer - those pages carry real liability and are not something to improvise. Everything else on the site I handle.
