Hey there, welcome! So you want to start your voice acting career? GREAT!!
I'm happy to hear it, it's so much fun! First of all, you need a good sample/reel to show what you sound like. But to actually catch the listener's attention, you need to make it a little more interesting than that. But how do you do that?
No worries, that's where I come in!
I've been a VO artist here on Fiverr for 1,5 years and am trained in acting at one of the top drama schools in the world, called LAMDA. I am comfortable working with it and I have actually signed with a VO Agent based on my work on Fiverr.
Now I want to help you do the same!
If you send me your audio samples, I'll edit them together with music and sound effects that would fit the scenario/text you're reading - whether it'd be for commercials, animation, games, audiobooks, YouTube videos, e-learning etc.
I recommend max 3-4 scripts per minute - 1 min text is about 200 words.
In that way, the listeners will really hear what you sound like.

What is a voiceover reel/sample?
A voiceover reel is a piece of audio of your voice together with music and effects to help the listeners hear what your voice would sound like in a professional situation.
What equipment should I use?
Up to you! There are plenty of different microphones and interfaces/preamps you can get. But it sure can be overwhelming! So here is what I use. Microphone: Started out with a Rode NT1A, but now I use a Neumann TLM 102 Interface/Preamp: Focusrite Scarlet Solo 3rd Gen Program: Adobe Audition
What quality will my reaal/sample be?
I always work with and deliver High-Quality files. However, the audio quality you send me of your voice is the audio quality you're going to hear. If you want a voice reel for games or animation, I can easily edit it so it sounds more epic.
What texts/scripts do I use?
Like Picasso said: “good artists borrow, great artists steal.” Take inspiration, or even use the whole scripts from things you've liked - it can be commercials, scenes in games/animation, scenes from films, audiobooks, radio dramas, documentaries etc
