I have been working as an e-commerce virtual assistant at Pakistan First Freelancing Hub in Gilgit Baltistan since 2024. In this role, I am responsible for managing online stores across multiple major platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. My work covers the complete lifecycle of e-commerce store management, from initial setup to ongoing operations and customer engagement. I begin by creating and setting up stores, ensuring that each platform is configured professionally and aligned with marketplace standards. A key part of my role involves conducting in-depth research to identify trending niches and profitable product opportunities. This includes analyzing market demand, competition, and customer behavior to select products with strong sales potential. Once products are selected, I handle product sourcing and create optimized listings. I apply search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve product visibility, including writing compelling titles, detailed descriptions, and using relevant keywords. My goal is to ensure that listings rank well in search results and attract potential buyers. In addition to listing optimization, I manage inventory, pricing strategies, and order processing to ensure smooth store operations. I also provide customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This helps in building trust, improving ratings, and increasing repeat business. Overall, my role requires a combination of technical skills, market research, communication, and attention to detail to successfully manage e-commerce stores from A to Z and drive consistent growth.
