I sent Bashir the info he needed and I even messed something up by giving the wrong username - he kindly asked for the correct one and wasn't rude about it or anything. I was having problems with my email landing in everyone's spam ... which is not a great fact for someone in her first week owning her...

I simply couldn't have done this on my own. I expressed all my desires of how I wanted my emails to be set up after he transferred my domain to my website and email with zoho mails. Once again, Bashir delivers!! This was a little more complicated as Bashir navigated a group call between his office, our Spanish office and our office in China. He was exceptional. Highly recommend and will be working with Bashir again. He's now part of the team!!!
