I found the overall experience quite challenging. Communication was inconsistent — after the product was delivered, there were around 4 days with no response (left on read) until I followed up. Once the order was accepted, there was limited visibility into the process, with no interim updates or drafts...

Amazing experience working with Jake. He put a lot of effort into getting everything right, filmed multiple takes to make sure the content matched our requirements, and was very responsive to feedback throughout the process.
