As I gained experience, I was promoted to Senior VA and later became a Team Leader, managing and supporting my own team. Over the years, I continued to grow within the organization and was given the opportunity to step into a Business Development Associate role for our Virtual Assistant Agency, where I now help connect clients with the right remote support for their businesses.
