I work at the intersection of two capabilities most businesses need simultaneously but rarely find in the same person: the ability to build and run a full commercial engine and the ability to design the AI architecture that makes it scale. I work with founders, startups and businesses owning the full commercial cycle directly: prospecting, discovery, closing and partnership development. Alongside that I design the AI layer that makes the whole system compound: prompt architectures, multi-agent systems, AI tool stack design and workflow automation built around specific business needs. I joined Phaidon International as a Delivery Consultant and progressed to VP level over four years, owning the full commercial cycle: prospecting, discovery, closing and account development across the UK and EMEA. Not a handed-over portfolio. A partnership function built from zero through cold outreach, Sales Navigator and multi-channel prospecting running alongside consultative account development across enterprise clients in Tech, Infrastructure, Logistics and Energy. In my first year I generated $600k across new business and existing partnerships. Over four years that grew to $2.2M. Two engagements define the period. An existing client spending $150k a year: mapped across eight locations in Germany and four sub-brands within the same group, the commercial architecture rebuilt entirely, the engagement closed at $225k without changing the product once. A $25k one-off project: identified the struggles the client faced in their operating market, built a commercial case for the C-suite, and converted a single project into a $120k annual partnership spanning multiple departments.
