Get help with app installation, Outlook profiles, Teams settings, and OneDrive sync errors. Each package includes a scheduled remote session and a summary of findings and next steps.
Basic: up to 1 hour for 1 user on 1 PC.
Standard: up to 2 hours for up to 3 users.
Premium: up to 3 hours for up to 5 users, with notes. Both time and user limits apply.
Message me with your app, error, Windows version and time zone before ordering to agree on scope and scheduling. An authorized administrator must approve admin changes.
Valid licenses are supplied by you. Migrations, servers, Intune and complex SharePoint work are excluded. Packages cover troubleshooting time; not every problem can be resolved remotely. One revision covers the original scope within purchased hours. Back up data and never send passwords or verification codes.

Are Microsoft 365 licenses or migrations included?
No. You supply and pay for valid licenses and subscriptions. Email and file migrations are outside these packages. Message me before ordering to confirm your setup and scope.
How will access and follow-up work?
You or your authorized administrator attend the agreed remote session and approve changes. Do not send passwords or codes. One revision covers the original scope within the purchased hours; new tasks need a separate agreement.
