Why do you ask buyers to message before ordering?
Because every 3D rendering brief is different, and a misaligned scope wastes both our time. A 5-minute chat lets me confirm exactly what you need, suggest the right package, and give you a realistic timeline. After that I send you a Custom Offer and we start clean.
What software do you use?
SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Chaos Vantage, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. I'll pick the right tool for your project — for most residential interiors I use SketchUp + V-Ray; for high-end photoreal or complex lighting I move to 3ds Max + V-Ray; for fast iterations on a tight deadline, Vantage.
Do you do photoreal renders or stylized ones?
Photoreal only on this gig. If you want stylized / illustrative / line-art style, let me know and we can scope it as a custom project.
How long does a single render take?
Standard delivery is 3 days from order start (which is *after* we've already agreed scope in chat). Express 24-hour delivery is available as an extra.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, Premium includes 3. Revisions cover camera tweaks, material adjustments, lighting changes, and minor furniture moves. Full re-renders from a new angle are billed as an additional view.
Will I get the source SketchUp / 3ds Max file?
Source files are included on the Premium tier (.skp + V-Ray scene) and are available as an extra (+$80) on Basic and Standard.
Can you render exteriors as well?
Yes — exterior renders use the same packages and pricing. Just send me your reference materials and site context (surroundings, time of day, weather mood) in chat first.
What if my model isn't ready yet?
If you only have a 2D floor plan, I can model from it — but this adds 1–2 days and may require a custom quote depending on complexity. Send me the plan and I'll let you know in chat.
Do you handle large commercial projects?
I take residential, F&B, retail, and small-mid commercial. For full developer-scale visualization (full estate, large shopping mall) — message me first to see if I can scope it or refer you on.
